finally i can make crisp whole dosas:)...by whole i mean i dont have to stick together the pieces i scramble from the pan to get the perfect round shape:)......it comes off the pan as one whole round piece and tastes exatly like dosa should:).....atlast i learnt something useful after coming here...and what is that i do now that i wasnt doing before...now now,u dont expect me to reveal it do u?...if its mother reading this then please excuse
